mountaineering dreams in the Cordillera Blanca
In mountaineering circles, the 5,947 m high Alpamayo is considered the “most beautiful mountain in the world”. At 6,768 m, Huascaran is the highest peak in Peru. These two dream mountains are the goal of our expedition in the Cordillera Blanca. While the Alpamayo is climbed via the Ferrari route, we climb the Huascaran with two high camps via the Garganta. Optionally there is the possibility to take another 6,000 m summit with you: the 6,040 m high Quitaraju.
