- 1974 On August 20, the Andino Club Hotel was originally built with 15 rooms, in society with Ing.
- Benjamín Morales Arnao, Doña Clotilde Caceres, Raul Rodriguez etc.
1982 Mario P. Holenstein and Fritz Lingenhag signed a contract of rent the Hotel for 3 years. - 1984 Mario P. Holenstein and Fritz Lingenhag signed a contract of buy/sell of the society. The financing was realized in Switzerland.
- 1985 First extension Andino Club Hotel: to 40 rooms / 100 beds
- 1995 Renovation and extension of the kitchen, location of the frontdesk was changed, building of a Conference Room with a capacity of 120 persons and a new Business-Center
History - 2003 Second extension Andino Club Hotel: 21 new rooms (Suites, Junior Suites, Superior and Standar rooms), 2nd Conference Room with a capacity of 50 persons, installation of an elevator.
